1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to tour departure. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required.

2. Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Banking details are provided on our website and in booking correspondence.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 15-29 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance

All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be required.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, wildlife movements) while ensuring comparable experiences.

6. Liability

Exquisite Tours and Safaris acts as an agent for service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the tour price paid.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must follow safety instructions, maintain appropriate behavior, and respect local customs and wildlife regulations.

Cancellation Timelines and Refunds

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (less any non-refundable fees).
• 15 – 29 days before departure: 50% refund of tour price.
• 8 – 14 days before departure: 25% refund of tour price.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Tour Changes

Changes to tour dates are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees. Requests for changes must be made in writing.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future tours.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may force you to cancel your trip.

Before Your Tour

• Inform your guide of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
• Pack essential medication, sunscreen, and adequate water.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activities planned.

During the Tour

• Always follow your guide's instructions and safety briefings.
• Stay within designated areas and never approach wild animals.
• Keep a safe distance from wildlife and do not feed animals.
• Stay hydrated and protect yourself from the sun.
• In case of emergency, contact your guide immediately.

Health and Hygiene

• Use hand sanitizer regularly, especially before meals.
• Drink only bottled or treated water provided by the tour.
• Notify your guide if you feel unwell at any time.

Vehicle Safety

• Always wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.
• Keep hands and head inside the vehicle when wildlife is nearby.
• Follow the guide's advice regarding 4x4 excursions.
